Convergency Studios LLC ("we") runs convergencystudios.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What you send us

When you request a Vision Session, we receive the name, email address, role and project description you enter. We use it only to reply to you and to plan the conversation. When you request a client login link, we use your email address to send it.

What the site measures

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

Who handles it for us

Our hosting, database and email providers store or deliver information on our behalf, and Google provides the analytics described above. They handle it only to provide those services. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as they're useful for following up with you, and client account details for as long as you're a client. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, write to hello@convergencystudios.com. We'll answer within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
